We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Hemel Hempsteadthat is committed to putting children at the centre of everything they do. With a creative and engaging curriculum delivered by an experienced and committed team, the school is looking for Teaching Assistants to join their KS1 and KS2 classes.
Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
- Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons as a Teaching Assistant
- Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents as a Teaching Assistant
For this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a primary school
- Experience working with children, with a reference to support it
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead or live locally
