HR Business Partner - Leading Leisure Brand to 65K + 6k Car + 25% bonus

I am looking for and HR Business Partner to work for one of the leading leisure companies in the country. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be partnering up and influence the Senior Directors and their Central Teams within the business. As HRBP you will be supporting around 350 staff and have 40 key reports who you will be supporting and guiding on a regular basis. You will be working closely with the wider People Team to deliver a joined-up HR strategy in a business that leads the sector and is recognised for being one of the top companies to work for in the country. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Shape and implement talent strategy, succession and workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, training, and organisational development
  • Analyse key people metrics using employee insights to identify ways of enhancing team engagement and driving business performance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning by managing the appraisal and performance processes.
  • Working with the recruitment manager on advertising and strategy including job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements for optimising the employee engagement scores.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions

As HRBP you will be based on the head office in Hertfordshire for 2-3 days per week with one day being based at home. On the other days you will visit centres on a regular basis, and this will also include trips to Europe.

We are keen to hear from candidate who have:

  • 5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner/People partner or similar position with wide ranging generalist experience.
  • Field based experience working across multiple stakeholders, departments and locations.
  • A genuine interest and passion for the broad leisure and hospitality sector is desired but not essential.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 65K, the position offers an annual performance related bonus of up to 25%, 5 weeks holiday rising to 30 days with service plus bank holidays, company car or 6k car allowance ,life assurance and free gym membership for the family.
