Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our helpdesk/service support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are handled professionally and efficiently. IT knowledge is not required, as full training will be provided, but a basic familiarity with computers is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and take detailed messages.
  • Follow a script of questions to ensure we gather all required information.
  • Enter client information into our ticketing system (training provided).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure queries are logged accurately and passed on to the correct department.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate and input data.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
