This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Manager to join a successful Company who thrive in a niche market, excellent prospects are available to the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing IT support for 1500 on-site and remote IT users based at locations throughout the UK

- Managing incoming calls from users, establishing nature of requirement and assigning jobs to relevant engineer

- Tracking progress of jobs being completed ensuring all calls are resolved within shifts

- Configuring and technically supporting desktops, servers and multi-function devices throughout the Company

- Supporting mobile devises such as PDAs, tablets, Androids and Window phones

- Managing mini projects and liaising with 3rd party support suppliers as required
