ERP Program Lead - Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Lead to manage the implementation of the Business Central ERP platform. You will drive business transformation and ensure the successful rollout of a new ERP system for a Manufacturing company and therefore will have expereince of working within a manufacturing / engineering environment.

Your responsibilites:

• Manage ERP delivery to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed ERP rollout plan.
• Interface with key outsourced IT partners.
• Lead and develop a training plan for the team.
• Design ERP services and participate in project processes.
• Plan and execute the go-live strategy.
• Ensure adherence to IT project management processes.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials for service delivery.
• Report ERP program status to senior stakeholders.

You will have:

• • Experience in IT systems leadership.
  • Proven ERP implementation management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Awareness of Microsoft, Network Infrastructure, security & application technologies.
  • High IT business awareness.
  • Knowledge of best practices and Change Management frameworks.
  • Experience with tier 1 or 2 ERP platforms.
