Key Responsibilities as Marketing Executive:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
Provide essential support to the Social Media and Influencer Manager across all digital platforms.
Craft and proofread engaging content for both digital and print media, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
Coordinate with designers on email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, and social media assets, while managing print projects as needed.
Organise and manage press and celebrity PR appointments to maximise brand exposure and build strong relationships.
Take the lead on event coordination, from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and a memorable experience.
Analyse and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to refine and inform future strategies.
Track, monitor, and provide insights on competitor activities to support informed decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally, 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a marketing qualification being a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for the beauty industry and the ability to thrive in an exciting, dynamic workplace.
