We are looking for a plumbing supervisor to join our team and oversee the delivery of plumbing, mechanical and electrical services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all services are carried out in line with SLA’s, company policies and health and safety standards. You will also mentor engineers and apprentices, provide technical support, produce reports and quotations, and build excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Hours of work is 8am - 5pm, 23 days holiday, call out, Van, Good progression.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A time served mechanical / plumbing apprenticeshipCity & Guilds or equivalent Plumbing/Mechanical EngineeringMinimum six years’ experience in the fieldA proactive and innovative approach to service deliveryA good understanding and working knowledge of L8/Legionella, BMS systems and all other M&E & HVACIT literacy and comfort working with an electronic works management system (CAFM)A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and a motivation to excelExcellent communication and teamwork skillsConfidence working on large complex mechanical and electrical systems and various types of pipework and fittingsA willingness to form part of an on-call rota and contribute to the productivity and profit of your teamThis is a great opportunity to join a reputable company that offers competitive salary, benefits and career progression.
