Evolve is recruiting on behalf of an independent community pharmacy group, who is looking for a Pharmacist to join their team in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 2pm, where you’ll be supported by a great team including a Counter Assistant and a Dispenser. The store dispenses around 7000 items per month, and provides a range of services including Pharmacy First, DMS, contraception and vaccinations.
The role will pay up to £27.50 per hour (DOE) and includes a bonus scheme up to £3000 per year, an attractive pension scheme and free parking nearby.
Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist
GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Ideally some post-registration experience but open to newly qualified.
Experience of leading and managing a team.
Ability to explain complex, and often sensitive, information to the general-public and other healthcare professionals.
Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist
Dispensing prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations.
Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, labelling medicines.
Counselling and advising the public on the treatments of minor ailments.
Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.
