This role involves a mix of one-to-one and group work, with a new group to engage with every eight weeks.Your focus will be on providing education, training, and pre-release support to clients. The goal is to build their confidence and foster a positive mindset. A typical session, whether individual or group-based, may cover topics such as:

  • Nutrition, wellness, and healthy living

  • Housing and employment
