Senior Lettings Negotiator Package Overview:

• £28,000 per annum basic salary

• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £42,000+

• Full-time, permanent position

• Hemel Hempstead - easily commutable from surrounding areas such as St Albans, Watford, Berkhamsted, Harpenden, and Luton

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in lettings or property management required

• Previous experience within a lettings agency is ideal

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking independent estate agency, is seeking a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team in Hemel Hempstead. Senior Lettings Negotiator Role and Responsibilities:

• Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties

• Carry out property viewings and provide feedback to landlords

• Negotiate tenancy terms and offers between landlords and tenants

• Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in

• Generate new business and bring on new instructions

• Assist in maintaining and building relationships with landlords and applicants

• Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the lettings process

Senior Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a lettings or property management role

• Experience within a lettings agency environment is highly desirable

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

• Proactive and driven with a passion for delivering excellent service

• Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of the lettings industry

• Full UK driving licence required
