We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Admin Support to building and maintaining positive working relationships with operatives, supply chain and suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role where your organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be put to the test.You’ll be reporting to the Contract Manager, taking ownership of a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative duties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that everything from small-scale maintenance jobs to larger projects runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Daily Coordination: Liaise effectively with Clients, site contacts and engineers via phone and email to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Purchase: Monitoring purchase orders raised and completed via CRM System. Ensuring key stakeholders are kept updated as required, verbally, by phone and by teams.
