Looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Property Services Company based in Hemel Hempstead

This is an amazing opportunity to join an ambitious and well established commercial team, offering a generous salary of up to 40,000 and a great package (dependant on experience)

You will be working on Social housing Maintenance contracts, covering Planned and Refurbishment works

Your responsibilities:

  • Work on the commercial delivery
  • Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
  • On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
  • Assist with the day-to-day financial control
  • Reporting and commercial performance management of one or more projects from award up to final account
  • Assisting with cash management

My client is ideally looking for someone who already gained experience in a similar role, Someone who is be a keen learner and confident communicator with good organisational skills and an attention to detail would be an ideal fit for this role

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial environment, ideally within a Maintenance background
  • Level 4 in Quantity Surveying or similar
