Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP1
Salary: OTE: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established family run Estate Agency based in the Hemel Hampstead, HP1 area.
The ideal candidate should have some experience as a Lettings Negotiator, be well-presented and have a genuine interest in progressing their career as an Estate agent. A local candidate with good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience as a letting’s negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Hemel Hampstead area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
