Are you a senior lettings agent looking for the next step in your career?Do you have the drive and ambition to grow your own lettings team? I’m looking for an experienced Lettings Agent to join a successful, predominantly sales team to take on an exciting role, building and expanding the lettings operation. This is a rare chance to join a specialist independent agency in and around the Hemel Hempstead area.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the lettings department, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.
Drive new business, generate leads, and increase revenue for the branch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients.
Oversee the letting process, from property marketing to tenant move-ins, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Motivate and mentor a team of lettings agents, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
Ensure the highest standards of property management and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in lettings, ideally at a senior level or existing lettings manager looking for career progression.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A passion for the property industry and delivering exceptional service.
Drive, ambition, and a willingness to grow within the company.

What's on offer:

Basic c.£30,000 - OTE £45,000 with uncapped commission – the more you bring in, the more you earn.
