What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing inbound enquiries over the phone and directing them as needed
  • Allocating sales leads to the right team members and tracking progress
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring company documents are up-to-date
  • Carrying out monthly payment checks and assisting with invoicing tasks
  • Handling customer and distributor support enquiries, keeping them logged and tracked
  • Supporting with monthly reporting and preparation of commission
  • Keeping track of IT inventory and car fleet requirements
  • Assisting with credit control to manage accounts effectively
  • Bank transaction entries and reconciliation
  • Credit card entries
What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner with the ability to manage enquiries
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Someone eager to learn and expand their skills-this role offers plenty of variety!
