Key Responsibilities of a Activities Organiser:

  • Collaborate with the Engagement Lead to develop engaging and meaningful activity programs.
  • Foster a whole-team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing, aligning with the B&M activity framework.
  • Plan and execute activities during your duty hours, ensuring resources and the environment are suitable.
  • Consult with the Engagement Lead to request any additional resources needed.
  • Provide support and companionship during activities.
  • Identify and plan activities based on residents' special interests.

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience for our activities organiser:
