Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a lovely primary school based in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time basis, providing assistance to individuals with additional support needs. The role involves supporting and educating these individuals in a caring and compassionate manner. The role is to start on the 23rdof September 2024.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with children and adults.
- Provide support in various activities to enhance learning and development
- Assist in care and educational activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment for individuals with special education needs
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Passion for educating and supporting individuals with additional support needs
