Salary:£35,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus scheme
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the various recruitment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Build a robust client base nationally or locally, leveraging your existing network and contacts.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations for the onsite division focusing on new business growth.
- Balance new business development with managing long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Business Development
- Client experience established contacts within these industries and a proven ability to hit the ground running.
- Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with large clients.
- A self-starter with a strategic approach to business development.
