Head of Digital Transformations

We are working with a company based in Henfield who are seeking Head of Digital Transformations. You will be reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations and being responsible for leading the Digital Transformation of operations and managing the Finance and IT teams within the business.

This is a full time, permanent role and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm but can offer some flexibility. This opportunity is paying £40k Per Annum and offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office minimum and 3 days from home. Free parking on site - please note you must be able to drive due to company location.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the management of the Finance and IT teams, providing management and support and introducing new digital systems to the business, as well as reporting on the teams progress and performance
  • Overseeing the Digital Transformation of the business, ensuring efficiency and futureproofing of IT provision
  • Supporting the Director of Finance & Operations in contributing to the company's vision, strategy, and business plan
  • Completing budget management and business planning to support resourcing of the business
  • Planning and developing internal team projects, including audits and annual accounts, ensuring project management processes, Health & Safety, and compliance are being followed
  • Building strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Providing content for the Communications team, engaging with members and the public, as well as attending/ leading events
  • Complying with the requirements of Data Protection, GDPR, and the business's policies and procedures

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must have at least 5 year's experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience of leading and developing a team
  • Strong knowledge of setting and managing budgets; developing and implementing financial management plans
  • Experience dealing with complex information to groups and individuals
  • Good understanding of IT networks and infrastructure
  • Excellent IT, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
