Accounts Administrator - Henley

£26,000 - £32,000

This is a fantastic opportunity working for a reputable company near Henley. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly, close-knit finance team dealing with any finance enquiries and payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the month end billing process, raising sales invoices and recording entries on the accounting system.
  • Processing of purchase ledger entries as required.
  • Assist in any banking or ad hoc accounts tasks as required.
  • Supporting the Finance Team with other administrative duties as required.
  • Attend any training or development course as may be required by the company to assist in the performance of your duties and responsibilities.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • 2 or 3 years + experience within an Accounts Department
  • Exceptional English language skills and telephone manner
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload within a busy team
  • Experience with using accounting software
  • Experience in entering payments
  • Vocational learning or diploma educated
  • Completion of basic accountancy exams is advantageous
