Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly team. With a fantastic development program including specialist courses, one-to-one operational coaching, and internal progression opportunities, Honeycomb Houses offers a great platform for you to build your hospitality career. To be a successful Deputy Manager you will display excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in coaching and engaging the team, to get the best from all employees. You will have a hands-on management style and always put the guest first, leading service excellence at all times

Do the Right Thing - You feel empowered to make a good decision, think on your feet and problem solve, allowing you to resolve any issues across all departments of the business when necessary and always strive to make things better.
