The Bull on Bell Street is an iconic gastro pub nestled in the heart of Henley on Thames, we are proud to say we are a home for the locals and tourists alike. Packed full of rich history dating back to 1779 and a delicious fresh menu with 120 cover restaurant and a 150 covered courtyard matching the beautiful décor.

Overview

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly team. With a fantastic development program including specialist courses, one-to-one operational coaching, and internal progression opportunities, Honeycomb Houses offers a great platform for you to build your hospitality career. To be a successful Deputy Manager you will display excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in coaching and engaging the team, to get the best from all employees. You will have a hands-on management style and always put the guest first, leading service excellence at all times
