Our client, an UHNW family who live on a private estate near Henley on Thames, is looking for a highly experienced PA to join them.
Working 2-3 days per week (either full or half days), the successful candidate must be fluent in French and English ideally with prior experience of working on a private estate.
This is a rare opportunity to join our client and provide high level PA support whilst also overseeing a property in the South of France. Occasional travel is required.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Duties include
- Diary management for the Principals, forward planning for personal appointments, liaising with other PA's
- Travel logistics (travel, reservations, driver, accommodation etc)
- Liaison with key staff for movements
- Private event administration
- Timely monitoring and follow up on Principals' request
- All regular PA duties and undertaking any stand-alone projects as directed by the Principals.
- Ability to be a Line Manager and a point of contact
- Oversee a property in the South of France. Line Manager to Household staff. Visit occasionally.
Skills/Experience
- Previous private PA experience is essential with fluency in French and English
- Previous work on a private Estate would be beneficial
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extremely well presented
- Discrete
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Very good IT skills
- Must be flexible and able to provide support on occasions out of hours
