We are looking for a professional, motivated Office Assistant to join a growing business in Wallingford. You will need a minimum of 6 months previous experience in administration as well as excellent customer service skills and a great eye for detail.

Initially on a temporary, part-time contract, this role has potential to turn full-time, permanent for the right person.

The role:

  • Data entry
  • Monitoring emails
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Updating CRM and spreadsheets
  • Greeting visitors
  • Ad hoc admin duties to support all departments

What you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an admin role
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude and flexibility to support in different areas
  • Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
