First six months:
They would like you to join the existing team on a once in a lifetime project based near Henley to help close it out. The project is an £85m private house unlike anything youve seen before and this is a brilliant chance to bed in with some experienced mentors around you. (A car is required for commute).
Beyond:
Into central London where 99% of their work is and onto a scheme in West End / City where you will be involved from tender / precon to handover.

They have a varied portfolio with particular experience in complicated cut and carve and super prime residential, but they are not restricted to this. They are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who has the attitude and capability to progress into a senior QS role, division lead, and then potentially business leadership role. There will be competition for the openings coming up but if youve got the talent then this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. What an exciting 5/10 year period coming up for you.

What they need:
- A Quantity Surveyor with a track record of helping deliver D&B (ideally 2 stage) schemes
- Experience of cut and carve and fit out projects in city centre locations would be ideal
