What Youll Be Doing
  • Managing a busy inbox and processing sales orders, quotations, and queries
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat (with a target to answer 90% of calls within 2 seconds!)
  • Building strong relationships with customers, going the extra mile to exceed expectations
  • Identifying client needs and spotting opportunities to upsell products
  • Ensuring all communications are professional and on-brand
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and internal teams to improve the customer experience
  • Providing solutions to customer challenges and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping accurate records of client interactions and maintaining account details
