Based in Hereford this role will involve leading projects related to refurbishment, refit and upgrade of facilities in a large commercial building located in Hereford

Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Very good experience in project management related to building refurbishment, building facilities upgrade and refit
- Experience in leading projects related to refurbishment, refit and upgrade of existing building facilities
- A professional qualification in engineering
- Experience with CDM (construction design and management)
- SSSTS OR SMSTS
- Hereford
Main Duties:
- Project management related to the refurbishment and building refit at a commercial building in Hereford
- Supervising subcontractors
- Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
- Budget and cost control
- Tender management
