Job Summary:Â My Hereford based client are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Temporary Customer Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the customer service department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Delivering product information and quotes to customers
- Maintain and update customer records into the database.
- Process orders and checking delivery dates
- Collating information to format product reports
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Support the customer service team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player and happy to help with any duty needed
- Strong organisation skills and happy to speak to customers on the phone
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm
