Job Summary: My Hereford based client are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Temporary Customer Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the customer service department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Delivering product information and quotes to customers
  • Maintain and update customer records into the database.
  • Process orders and checking delivery dates
  • Collating information to format product reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Support the customer service team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team player and happy to help with any duty needed
  • Strong organisation skills and happy to speak to customers on the phone

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm
