A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a UK known manufacturer in the Hereford Area!

With no day ever being the same the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • PPM and Reactive Maintenance on motors / gearboxes / conveyors / pumps
  • Troubleshoot and fault find in electrical control systems, PLCs etc
  • Working with hydraulics and pneumatics to maintain equipment
  • Collaborate with different teams across the business to ensure the machinery is at its optimal performance
  • Adhere to all Health, safety and environmental regulations across the site
  • Document maintenance activities using the CMMS software

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally apprenticeship trained - HNC/BTEC within electrical engineering
  • Food / FMCG / Plastics / Packaging Industry exaperience
  • PLC fault finding knowledge and experience
  • 18th Edition - desirable
  • Experience working on Electrical control systems
