Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with medication administration
- Providing emotional support and encouragement
- Accompanying service users on outings and activities
- Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment
- Completing necessary documentation
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2)
- Experience working with individuals with support needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
