Senior HR Advisor
Location - Hereford
Salary- £26,846 - £32,810 per annum DOE
Hours - 30 hours per week, 42 weeks term times

Responsibilities for the role of Senior HR Advisor
- Supporting clients with complex employee relation casework, by email/telephone/teams and onsite, acting as an investigating officer on a variety of employment matters
- Report writing and attending a formal meeting
- Lead the development of school-based HR policies and procedures working closely with Trade Union representatives and also designing/delivering training sessions to clients on a variety of HR topics
- Aid investigations on a variety of employment matters and provide a written report in a professional manner and standard
- Attend formal meetings and be a proactive participant in the setting
- Will be proactive in the development of school-based HR policies and procedures working closely with Trade Union representatives in line with UK regulations and laws
- Design/deliver training sessions to clients on a variety of HR topics for a wide audience and diverse cross-section of learners
Personal Skills and Attributes for the role of Senior HR Advisor
- Relevant experience working as an HR Advisor or HR Administrator, with a significant focus on advising line managers
- You will need to have had a track record of HR leadership and case work, such as illness, TUPE, redundancy, grievance & other disciplinary-related issues
- Must be CIPD qualified or equivalent accreditation
- You will have a strong knowledge of employment law and its use
- Must have own transportation as the role requires travel between sites and venues
- You will have exceptional and professional communication skills, both written and verbally
- Must be autonomous and able to manage own workload and task effectively
