£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Company BenefitsDo you have Setting / Operating experience with injection moulding machines or similar and are looking to work for a rapidly expanding company offering guided training and a clear route to progress into senior positions within a market leading business?On offer is a varied role where you will be setting and monitoring a variety of Arburg plastic injection moulding machines. There is lots of opportunities to progress into senior positions throughout the business and funded support is also offered to aid you in upskilling yourself and obtaining your IMT qualifications if desired. The role is based on a 3 shift rotating pattern consisting of a mix of mornings, lates and nights.This company have grown exponentially since their incorporation 30 years ago and work in a niche sector across multiple vital industries including Military and Aerospace, specialising in R&D and new product introduction.This role would suit a setter / operator with experience working on injection moulding machines looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role with plenty of guided training and clear routes to progress into senior positions throughout the business.The Role:

• Setting and monitoring a variety of Arburg plastic injection moulding machines
• Upskilling through a variety of in house and external training courses
• 3 week rotating shift pattern, Mornings (5:45am - 2:00pm), Afternoons (1:45pm - 10:00pm) and Nights (9:45pm - 6:00am).
