We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and motivated commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded firm with a strong presence across the Gloucestershire and Herefordshire market. My client are looking for someone to take on a full and varied caseload, with one eye on progressing to a position of leadership in the near future. Typical matters that the successful candidate will handle include:
  • Commercial Leases
  • Landlord and Tenant Matters
  • Sale and Purchases of all types of commercial property
  • Developments including options overage agreements and conditional contracts
  • Rent reviews
  • Lease renewals
