- Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing Fee Earner.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties as directed.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting letters and emails.
- Prepare legal documents and forms under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining and organising client files.
- Conduct basic research and data entry tasks.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and provide timely updates.
- Perform general office duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a legal or corporate environment is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.
- A law degree is desirable but not essential.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Math are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
