Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of all machines, plant, and equipment.
  • Provide engineering support and guidance to meet shift priorities and planned production targets.
  • Participate in planned preventative maintenance (TPM).
  • Project Involvement
  • Engage in continuous improvement (CI) projects.
  • Participate in equipment development.
  • Assist with machine installations.
  • Contribute to the safe and efficient functioning of the engineering department.
  • Workload is 75% Mechanical bias and 25% electrical \ fault finding

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer requirements:

  • Time served apprentice, mechanical and electrical experience is essential.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of maintenance of a variety of production equipment
  • Experienced in fault finding / diagnostics on PLC controlled equipment.
