We are working with a Medical Device company looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth by representing and building their innovative solutions and services within the UK market. This role is ideal for a Sales Engineer with a strong background in Medical Device sales, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Establish and deepen relationships at targeted customers to understand both expressed and unexpressed needs, aligning with business strategies.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to achieve revenue and profit targets over short and long-term periods.
  • Manage a robust project opportunity pipeline, identifying and advancing new opportunities to position the company's solutions effectively.
  • Engage with new target customers within the assigned region to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver timely quotations, negotiate prices and delivery times, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Utilise market trends, customer strategies, and competitive intelligence to establish pricing and profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures, including quality manuals and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare/engineering sales.
  • Understanding of ISO13485.
  • Engineering Qualification.
  • Familiarity with rubber/plastic products, particularly silicone-based products, is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of multitasking with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Innovative, proactive, and solution-seeking attitude.
