As an Office Manager you will:
- Lead the Reception and Administration Team
- Effectively manage the Headmaster's diary, acting as a Personal Assistant
- Liaise with school staff, pupils and parents on behalf of the Headmaster
- Write up correspondence/letters/emails, minute take and manage the school office
- Work closely with marketing, admissions and other relevant departments
- Assist the HR department with safer recruitment and other processes
To be successful as an Office Manager, you will:
- Have experience of office management
- Have a good understanding of Personal Assistant responsibilities
- Hold demonstrable experience in working with a variety of information management systems
- Be sufficient in Microsoft packages
- Holding a Business Administration qualification would be advantageous, however, not essential
- Previous experience within an education setting would also be advantageous
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £30,400 pro rata DOE. Please note, this is a full-time role offered on a term time only contract until October 2025.
