About the Role:As a key member of the Children's Disabilities Team, you will:

- Assess, plan, and manage cases, ensuring the best outcomes for children.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
- Current Social Care England registration.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and best practices.
