We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Safeguarding & Support Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working collaboratively with partner agencies to support children and families.
The RoleAs a Senior Practitioner, you will:

Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to social workers, apprentices, and family support workers.

Lead on practice development, training, and quality assurance.

Work closely with managers to develop the team and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Support the implementation of professional standards, policies, and procedures.

A qualified social worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent).

At least three years' experience in statutory social work.

A commitment to relationship-based practice and improving outcomes for children.

Salary up to £48,693 (including £5,000 market supplement).

Welcome payment of £5,000 for experienced social workers.

Relocation support up to £10,000.

31 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), with the option to purchase 10 additional days.
