Social Worker – Assessment Team 2 in Hereford UK, earning £24.37 - £30.57 per hour Hourly. This ongoing locum position offers a full-time role at 37 hours per week, in the heart of beautiful Herefordshire. What you will do:

• Work directly with children and families, ensuring referrals are addressed in a child-focused and timely manner.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and investigate any concerns to determine suitable support for children and their families.
• Manage a complex caseload while being part of a supportive team environment.
• Engage with partner agencies to build strong relationships that ensure effective safeguarding practices.
• Contribute to assessments and reports that significantly enhance the lives of young people in the community.

We are searching for skilled Social Workers with at least two years of experience in statutory social care and requisite qualifications such as DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent.
