With a strong focus on fostering long-term client relationships, they strive to achieve excellence in all areas of their work.Position Summary: In partnership with Emma at TN Recruits Law, this reputable firm is looking to hire an experienced and capable Part-Time Family Legal Secretary to be part of their growing team. This role provides the chance to collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive and engaging environment.Key Duties:
  • Typing and transcribing audio dictation
  • Preparing and organising legal bundles
  • Scheduling and managing diaries for fee-earners
  • Accurately maintaining client files with attention to detail
  • Effectively liaising with fee-earners and other colleagues
  • Performing general secretarial tasks to assist the department’s daily operations
  • Handling reception overflow, including client calls and inquiries
  • Collaborating with another secretary to assist two fee-earners
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably with a focus on family law
  • Proficient in audio dictation and transcription
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Able to work well within a team setting
  • Friendly, approachable, and client-oriented personality
