Commercial Site Manager required
Our client is looking for an experienced commercial site manager/ supervisor to start asap on a commercial construction project, in Herne Bay.
200-240 a day rate depending on previous experience and qualifications. Weekly paid CIS/ LTD. Usual working hours Mon to Fri 7.30am to 4.30/5pm.
Applicants must have experience working on commercial projects and must have first aid and SMSTS. Those candidates with IPAF will be at an advantage.

- Orders
- Scheduling
- Snagging
- Following the companies H&S procedures
- Ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors
- Managing labour and materials
- Reporting for contracts managers
This is an immediate start and would suit an experienced supervisor/ manager that is looking to work with a fantastic construction company who specialise in new build sites.
The successful candidates will need to have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS/ SMSTS or equivalent and 1st aid as a minimum.
