Our client are a well established Main contractor who work nationally and specialise in new build care homes. This project is circa 20M and consist of over 60 retirement lifestyle apartments with additional facilities such as communal areas, cinema, hairdressers, restaurant and guest suites etc.
The ideal candidate will have new build care home experience to include Metsec.
This role will report into a visiting contracts manager and be responsible for the day to day running of the project to ensure the programme is kept to and any delays or issues are foreseen in advance and can be worked around or suitable solutions found.
SMSTS, CSCS,First aid and 10 years Construction management experience are essential for this position.
