Site Manager in Herne Bay - Kent

Location: Kent - Herne Bay
Experience Required: Metsec Steel Framing Solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee civils teams.
• Manage operational delivery of civils activities (base casting, trenching, duct installation, cable pulling, etc.).
• Ensure compliance, safety, and timely delivery of tasks.
• Conduct briefings and toolbox talks.
• Order, deliver, and manage plant and materials.
• Ensure correct PPE, equipment, and traffic management.
• Attend site meetings and prepare job packs.

Qualifications:

• CITB SMSTS
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• White/Black CSCS
• Emergency First Aid
