Architect - Hertford - Up to 55,000per annum.
We are seeking an Architect who can lead their own projects, to join an establishedArchitectural practice in Hertfordshire. You will play a pivotal role in managing clients and working with the Directors in the business to aid its growth.
Our client,works primarily in the residential sector on new build projects and high end refurbishment, extensions.
As an Architect with this company your expertise will drive projects from all RIBA stages.
- Able to run your own projects.
- Extensive technical proficiency acquired across housing projects.
- Able to produce technical drawings.
- Demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies.
- Good understanding of Planning Applications.
- Comprehensive familiarity with Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives.
- Strong AutoCADcompetency is essential.
- General IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
