Location: Hertfordshire

Our client based in Hertfordshire prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, after-sales, and innovative solutions to our worldwide clients. An established provider of engineered, manufactured parts for the global automotive sector, we are now looking for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to join our team in Hertfordshire. Working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week, salary up to £28,000.

Job Description: As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service and product/delivery support. You will manage key client accounts, handle inquiries via telephone and email, to coordinate communication between various departments to resolve any customer issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Ensure that all customer conversations, records, and data are held securely and accurately on the internal MRP system.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and customer trends to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer account role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/MRP software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
