Description
- Produce Monthly Management Accounts for the company.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Weekly reporting and flash reporting
- Managing the invoice discounting procedure
- Managing the weekly payment runs (GBP and FX)
- Calculating monthly foreign exchange requirements
- Completing monthly accrual and prepayment posting and reconciliations
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Managing staff payroll and expenses payments
- Provide financial guidance for business decision-making.
- Contribute to financial strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Communicate financial performance and forecasts to the team and stakeholders.
- VAT Returns
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial service providers.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have
- Proven experience in a Management Accounts role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of budgets and forecasts
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
