Fractional CFO | Values driven Local Charity | Hertfordshire

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a local charity based in Hertfordshire to find them a Fractional / Part-Time CFO for a minimum of 2 days per month. Working directly with their impressive CEO and board of trustees, the successful candidate will have a significant impact on the running of the charity moving forward, ensuring they are able to serve the community to the highest capacity.

The Role

This will also involve oversight of the internal finance manager and external accountants, managing the production of budgets, forecasts, and cashflow. Given the more junior nature of the finance team, they expect the successful candidate will be able to make suggestions on how to streamline the finance function with process and system improvements, and then actively implement these to support the business longer term.

  • Oversee internal and external finance team.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts and cashflow
  • Support the CEO and provide regular updates to the board of trustees
