Logistics Coordinator
Location: Hertford (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Logistics Coordinator – Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage supply chains to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the shipping process
  • Process export documentation for international deliveries
  • Coordinate UK and overseas shipments, including documentation and invoicing
  • Manage returns and credits with both customers and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all logistics data is up to date
  • Identify and resolve logistical issues in line with ISO9001 quality standards
  • Oversee stock management including booking goods in and minimising aged stock
  • Ensure shipping and order documentation is accurate and complete
  • Monitor delivery deadlines and support the service team with stock preparation

Logistics Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a logistics or operations role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/CRM systems
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-focused with a hands-on, can-do approach
  • Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
