Logistics Coordinator – Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage supply chains to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the shipping process
- Process export documentation for international deliveries
- Coordinate UK and overseas shipments, including documentation and invoicing
- Manage returns and credits with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all logistics data is up to date
- Identify and resolve logistical issues in line with ISO9001 quality standards
- Oversee stock management including booking goods in and minimising aged stock
- Ensure shipping and order documentation is accurate and complete
- Monitor delivery deadlines and support the service team with stock preparation
Logistics Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a logistics or operations role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/CRM systems
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-focused with a hands-on, can-do approach
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
